Bandwidth costs
Since YouTube's popularity is growing so rapidly, I'm wondering how they can afford the bandwidth that all those streaming videos must use?

YouTube only has a minimal amount of ads on each page, and I can't imagine that people go around clicking on them very much. Compare that to ZDNet and some of the other ad-laden sites. Heck, compare it to those non-video-serving, mostly-text-based sites that have Donation buttons and beg visitors for donations every month in order to keep them afloat. How does YouTube do it?
