Two different animals. The rule of law must NOT be swept under the rug!!
It's one thing to declare environmental law violations in a remote secret base (Area 51) a state secret.

It's quite another story to claim the act covers up a criminal, civil, and constitutional violation of nearly EVERY US citizen who uses a Phone or the Internet.

P.S. This includes federal judges & families phone and internet records.

These are two different scenarios in the first just a few individuals are seeking redress, in the second case the very EXISTENCE of the Courts and the RULE OF LAW are at stake!!

Same goes for the immunity claim, it's bogus.

The FED's/AT&T better start delivering some warrants signed by FISA judges or the jig is up.
(P.S. I would double check their validity by calling up the FISA judge personally.)

Lastly, there is ZERO independent(FISA) oversite over the collection and use of this information. It can be used to blackmail, extort, and/or gain insider advantages with zero recourse.

My recommendation to Federal district court judges across the land. Resist the urge to consolidate these cases, for any single court can be,(and will be), corrupted by this massive cache of illegally collected information. Dozens of seperate cases make such an effort far more difficult.

As for domestic spying in general, this new reality is only just now starting to impact businesses across the USA. Both individuals and businesses must now assume that their compeditor(s) will have complete access to their phone, banking, and internet records. This will have a chilling ripple effect on our economy as they seek out low tech/no tech alternates.
