Novell and its rights
If you think about it, novell bought Unix from AT&T, and then rewrote their Unix kernel and its NFS software, then sold the rights to SCO. Well, Novell would have had to retain some rights to Unix as otherwise it would not own Novell, which is UNix, and which uses the Unix API's in question the SCO says Linux improperly uses, see ?
SCO has no suit because Novell retained the rights to resell UNix, but renamed it Novell NFS. Novell now owns suse linux, and could easily sell some code libraries to kernel.org for $1 and SCO would be down the tubes. What do you think Boies?
