Key players American Bar Association

The above article is of interest because it reminds IT professionals that while the roles may change the players remain. Today on 6/6/6 it is usefull to track where the devils have gone and in particular it is useful to note how angels have been shown correct regarding the national treasure (seriously) now know as Microsoft.

As the company reorganizes itself to legitimacy it should follow the path choosen for it by society. Games, and personal gear, not business and government software is that path for a good reason.

Microsoft products can not and should not ever be considered mission critical. The Microsoft Way has created to many enemies, and has harmed to many consumers, and those who let the ethics of their professions laps into that way now need to be reviewed in the same way Enron top executives have been. In particular note how the ways of Neukom have impacted the career of a real american hero Jackson. See that Jackson servives and time, rather than vilifying him as devil, has demonstrated the correctness of his characterizing Microsoft as a gangster organization and Bill Gates as Nepoleon.

The man with the 666 birthmark is IMO not Gates but his legal advisor, the advisor to the Gates crime family, the man now up for the presidency of the American Bar Association. William Neukom, stand and be counted as one of the evil.

No one man has so denegrated the legal profession than he. His firm Preston Gates and Ellis took the legal notion that every human being deserves the best representation in court and twisted that to the notion that criminal corporations deserve that same kind of representation.

Furthermore he turned law firms, his included, into unethical lobby firms by streaching the ethics of criminal law representation for those accused to the selling of influence.

Abramoff was his man. Harrasing those who dare speak against Microsoft his method. Corrupting the government and denighing citizens honest work from goverment employees the result.

Let not this man with the 666 birth mark become president of the American Bar Association. For all professionals and citizens let not this happen.
