That choice shouldn't even be there
We shouldn't even be considering whether to replace our own citizens with foreigners. American citizens have to come first, and only after our own people are taken care of should we look elsewhere.

I know a number of people who are unable to find work, and who are bright and highly motivated and know what they're doing. And yet, they keep getting passed up for somebody from India or elsewhere.

It's despicable and unacceptable. I have nothing against people from other cultures, but I do want to see my fellow citizens stop being treated as second-class in their own country.
