Where will you retire?
As you get older, will the US employer be prepared to cover the expected higher insurance and other health care costs?

The cost comparison has many different factors.
One of them is, the larger the number of H-1B's, the lower the average administrative cost each.

The US has a large enough population that enough people are available, after graduation or otherwise, to fill most positions. Corporations are not always filling jobs that could not be filled otherwise.

I expect that you're a competent person with valuable skills and that you are socially valuable while you're in the US. This is not about you. It's about corporate decision-making which appears to be exploiting your labor to create a disadvantage for others.
