H1B WORKERS NOT CHEAPER
Sigh, it is a pity that a discussion that is this important has dwindled down to this base level.

Despite what many people think H1B WORKERS ARE NOT CHEAP. There is an administrative overhead for any company to hire H1B workers that has to be paid for by the company. This includes but is not limited to application fees, lawyer fees, HR man hours per case. In addition to this, I happen to be an H1B worker and I am in no way underpaid, my skills do not come at a cheap price.

Instead of wining for your government's intervention, (which goes against the very nature of capitalism). Poise yourself to be a competitor. Raise the education standard, push more US kids through the grinder, poise your country to be great. America is a great country, with brilliant minds. Let your competitive nature show, this is your home court advantage, learn the trade and beat me at the game.
