You can talk up globalization all you want. The FACT is that the H1B visa program is a domestic program of the United States of America and that is what the article you are posting on is about. You are offtopic.

Well, "as we know it", Lord Keynes was British so he would first probably wonder what the hell the "H1B Program" is since it's a U.S. program. Then, if he were informed of the program, he would wonder why a domestic policy that has nothing to do with international trade would be put in the same grouping as his theories about globalization.

--Fear of "outsourcing"--

I lost my fear of outsourcing a few years back since I am now paid handsomely to go in and fix projects that were previously outsourced. This has much to do with the fact that companies are finding out, usually the hard way, that outsourced work is not all it was advertised. I actually hope that more companies try outsourcing so I can make even more money. I love the look of desperation on a customers face.

I have to admit that I am too amused by your frantic ramblings and attempts to tie obscure subjects together. You should start a blog. It will probably be categorized along with conspiracy theorists though...or humor. Good stuff all the same and it has entertainment value.
