never mind that....

not allowing returns is illegal in just about every state of the union.... sigh. I guess by just writing it somewhere it somehow becomes "legal" ...right....or is that just a sign of egomaniacal behavior? Better check with the BBB in your state, buran. I guess we all need to step back for a minute and let common sense prevail. If your CUSTOMER is unhappy, you should - common sense and all - take the item back. It is legal and recommended, btw, to keep the shipping costs. That's part of closing transactions via mail.

Now, as to the transaction of this vehicle... my best guess is that the buyer has no clue about the nature of race cars. They break down... even when brand new. That's what happens when you minimize weight and maximize performance. I bet the car doesn't even come with a 30 day warranty. Lams and Ferraris come with a limited 1 year warranty, and no matter how much extra you want to pay they will not sell an extended one. The guy should just grow up and learn to take his lumps.
