So all ebay sellers are jerks? Not this time
I sell stuff as sale-is-final, with no returns allowed. Does that make me a jerk for enforcing the terms the buyer agreed to by bidding? Apparently the idiot who left me negative feedback when I refused to let her back out of the purchase thinks so.

The only jerk in question is the person who thinks that a seller who stated that no returns were allowed is going to turn around and change that policy just for them. The world doesn't work that way.

If you want to be able to return an item if you don't like it, buy from a seller who allows returns.
