I have to agree
Though I wondered who's idea was it to swap the silver one for the original one. If it was the dealership, I would be verrrry interested in whay they would ask that. Maybe they knew the silver one had a problem, so they do the whole deal on Ebay where the buyer would be forced to use arbitration when the issue arose, I have seen in many cases arbitration rules in favor of a 50-50 split of arbitrated costs. The courts usually rule all or nothing.
