You're trying to make it seem like the languages are the problem. They're not; the problem is idiot programmers.
Notice that all the hypothetical scenarios you mention are programmer errors, not problems with the programming language.
Did you know that most car and plane crashes are the result of driver and pilot error, not mechanical failures?
