Security......
I use Suse too, and XP pro. My daughter uses OsX, and my 75 years old mother uses SuSe too. Got fed up with fixing her XP problems on every visit. Wanted to visit my mother, not her PC.

I installed the lates SuSe from the net. No problems. I also installed our XPpro - not from the net but from a CD and forgot to unplug the ADSL cable. Installation never finished, it was so hit by virus that installation ground to a halt. After wiping the disk we reinstalled and completed in the usual 1? hours. Started firewall (not XP's but a real one) and within 4 (four) seconds we registered the first hit, and then it continued every second. We shut down the ADSL HW to get a new IP, and after rebooting it took a full 75 seconds before we were hit again.

Mentioning Microsoft and security positively in the same sentence is impossible.
