Yes I think you are ODing on Dope.
If you give the money away to another charity, you cannot have any officers of your corporation running the second corporation. Those are called shell games. And the banks can tie you in as they need a roster of the board. I think I am going to get a hold of Melinda and ask her about Frank Mighetto.
