Ballmer hasn't been doing his job: Da Vinci Code
Unless you consider Ballmer's job to be just keeping the Gates Crime Family happy, he has not been doing his job for shareholders of Microsoft. I am chatting SOX.

Ballmer spent to much time on boards of directors at companies like Accenture to give Microsoft the kind of oversight required of a company that is publically traded in the USA. This is on-its-face true. If not true then Ballmer needs to show otherwize with success. Or he needs to eat a few of his own and blow a lot more smoke, which is what I am expecting. Alternately he ma sacrific himself for the family. Why is MS stock up when everthing else is down???

Lets put it into perspective this way. The Da Vinci Code is a film many will see more than once. The willingness of US society to believe conspiracy theories goes way beyond rationality but it is real. Perception is reality according to Bill Gates.

Now, I am told that the book - Da Vince Code -specifically mentions Bill Gates but (and after being told I would not understand Howards film without reading the book) I did not get the reference in the film - and that was something I was specifically looking for. I did get the film however - It is far from boring. Not as interesting as the Microsoft sagga but very interesting and there is a tie in.

Bill Gates not only attempted or did purchase some works of Da Vinci but he also appears totally consumed with sequencing DNA and has put a lot of family wealth into human genome research. The potential side plot of Gates presuming he or his spouse, like French royalty, are decendants of Christ is just way to much fun because of Bill's former handle as anti-christ, a handle he successfully handed off to Bush, in my reconing. In any case (and in the fun of perception) why is it that Bill has agreed to raise his children Catholic and was married Catholic but is not Catholic.

Let the conspiracy theory rise. It is all so fun. If anyone has a page reference to Gates in the book, I am interested in getting it. Just cant get anyone to loan me the book and as a Catholic, just can't see purchasing it.
