Excellent product(s), so far...
The WMP11 beta is quite nice. After an embarrasing first couple of attempts, v10 was good. I have to admit v11 is great.

As far as the MS/MTV combo, Urge is excellent. I'm not one that bought into the iPod/iTunes hype. (Personally, I think the iTunes software is pretty cludgy and that iPod is just, simply, more expensive. There are SO many quality players out there for, sometimes, half the price. Just my opinion...)

Anyway, as it stands now in beta, Urge is pretty damned impressive. It's slick and, again right NOW, very solid. (We'll have to see what happens as it grows.)

It's pretty obvious who's driving the content. MTV has done a spectacular job of balancing content with visual cues to make the site look "full", but not "busy."

I'm excited to see where this goes. Kudo's to both Microsoft and MTV!
