nop, Outsourcing bad managed = 3rd world living
I think that the outsourcing well managed does not have reason to fail, ...
Every body (at least, myself!! ) can manage people, and please, believe that mexican people CAN do IT tasks.
mmmm... now i am thinking,
and maybe you think in mexico the IT people drive "burros" and dont know read..
well,
here in mexico there are a lot of professionals driving mercedes, soon u'll see them in front of your house. wink
and the time will give me the reason.
