Backwards thinking....
Common infrastructure requires taxation to achieve. That doesn't mean that taxation results in infrastructure. How do you know that the Mexicans are not simply being ripped for their tax money? And how does their situation confer any validity as to whether we are getting appropriate bang for our tax buck? I, for one, believe that we have far too many entitlements in this nation (hence, taxes). And there's nothing to make people lazy like a system full of entitlements. Maybe you should rethink how these lazy U.S. workers got that way?
