Conflict of Logic
Quote "It was the executive branch Bush who accepted
Microsoft's proposal. "

Quote "The decision was made by the judicial system not the
defiled Bush administration."

So which is it? Did the Bush administration force MS to pay the
fine or was it the Judicial Branch?

Did the executive branch somehow force the judicial branch into
accepting the proposal?

Having known a few judges, I highly doubt that is the case.
Judges tend to get quite testy when the executive branch starts
stepping on thier toes.

I suppose that somehow President Bush knew she was going to
appointed to the Federal Bench in 1997 by President Clinton,
and Pres. Bush knew he was going to "steal" the election and had
the foresight to bribe her then, knowing the MS case was going
to be settled during his term in office.

Do you happen to wear a tin foil hat?
