COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY OFF SUBJECT!!!!
But I really really really really really need to vent this frustration.
I am very nice to people on the phone.
I generally have a lot of patience.
But I have never EVER encountered anyone like this before!
Let me start off by saying that I realize that when people call in that I do truly understand that 9 chances out of 10 they are pi*&^d off.
Let me however say that angry and id10t and a computer should never ever mix! (ok so I have learned that lesson before but still)
I just spent the last half an hour getting chewed out because this gentleman couldn't get the system to boot up or turn on.
I was very nice and listened to him.
He about blasted my ear off when I asked the obvious first question, "Is it plugged into to a working power outlet?"
I got this response : "How in the flying f*&^%ng hel* should I know? They shut of my F*&^%ng power"
When I suggested that he might want to call the power company he hung up on me.
