No, THAT would be apathy. Neutrality means that you don't give preference to any side of a certain issue. Net neutrality means that from the NETWORK point-of-view, you don't give preference to any traffic.

Over generalization is not helpful nor truth. I would say that 50% of Democrat's ideas are "good" (as are Republicans).

At a VERY high price! Not only that, but innovations didn't come about until the breakup (cell phones, caller id, etc.). I remember phone bills of hundreds of dollars JUST to talk to someone IN THE SAME STATE (here in Michigan, it was the expensive "near zone" to call from Detroit to the Upper Peninsula - it was cheaper to call Wisconsin).
