Audio and Video Broadcast Flags are buried in the Bill
I am amazed that it was not mentioned that this bill has buried in its sheep's clothing a requirement that hardware manufactures and broadcasters fully implement the the DRM needed to enforce both a Video and Audio digital and analog copyright flags. Can you imagine your Tivo or Sirius system saying sorry the creators of this content do not wish you to have any ability record this material in any way shape or form or worse headsets that will not play the sound because they are not getting the ok to listen flag? If you do not understand that last one, with the rules they want to make you may literally have to have a free piece of content licensed and taged just to prove it is not pirated copy.
