Once again SCO makes an untrue statement.
This must be flirting with some form of slander law if there is such a thing. If there isn't perhaps it's time for us to start thinking about it. I find it very disturbing that a company can make false claims and statements to the level that it dose damage to an entire industry, yet our system of government sits idly by doing nothing about it. They are using the legal system to intimidate people in to buying something they haven't proven they own. They are making statements that have little or no truth to them at times when it conveniently assist their stock price. Where is the SEC? They should at least be doing a small investigation in to these questionable actions. the Germans put a stop to it, why can't we?

If I made a claim that I owned the rights to all the steal in America and then went to everyone who owned a car and threatened to sue them if they didn't pay me some cash. would I not get in some serious hot water??
