Sparsely spaced dual axis trackers perferable.
The only thing holding all of this back is the price of panels. These companies must tear a page out of Henry Ford playbook if they want to mass produce them.

Sparsely (1 to 6 ratio) spaced dual axis trackers will improve output and reliability. It will also allow for dual use for land underneath..

As for the price.. Any large scale operation would make their own panels, trackers, etc.. thus avoiding shipping, wholesale, and retail markups.
