"First of all, to suggest that the current administration "lucked out" by having over 3,000 murdered on national television is probably the must disgusting thing I've ever read. To suggest that the president even wanted something like this to happen is outrageous."

Well, they sure have squeezed a ton of political juice out of 9/11. Even if you're dumb enough to think that the US government didn't carry out that terrorist act, you'd have to say that they've totally disprespected and exploited it to the umpteenth degree. And that in itself, my friend, is what is really disgusting.

"What part of watching two aircraft slam into the WTC did you not understand? We are at war."

Yes, but with whom? You mean you accept merely being told that someone committed a crime without being shown hard evidence? Remind me to never get hauled before a court where some nincumpoop like yourself sits as a "juror". People like yourself would believe Santa Claus did 9/11 if told so..

"Read the wording in the authorization granted by Congress to the president that allows him "any measures to prevent further terrorist attacks on American soil"."

Ahhh, so Bush could order your family kidnapped, maimed, tortured, and executed for no reason? I see. It's all about expediency eh? Who cares about justice! This is a post-9/11 world!

"If anyone actually believes that we should not be listening into phone conversations from OVERSEAS directed to KNOWN phone numbers of terrorists or terrorists supporters, please let me know why."

I see you've capitalized certain words, as though more truth is lent to them by doing so. **HOW** do you know these calls are from overseas? **HOW** do you know that they are "known" terrorist phone numbers? You have ZERO evidence (and I know THAT because this administration never provides ANY evidence for anything whatsoever).

"Again, people will incorrectly claim that there are provisions in place that allows for warrants to be acquired after the fact, but the problem with this is that these regulations prevent ACTION based on evidence gathered until the warrent is acquired. Therefore, while intelligence forces could gather intel and then get a warrant, UNTIL they have that warrant under those provisions, they are unable to act on the data."

So if there's no time to obey the law, then why are Bush, Cheney, Rice, and whoever else STILL taking MONTH LONG VACATIONS??? Bush took off a MONTH in August..while America is supposedly fending off a vicious fanatical worldwide terrorist organization AND fighting TWO illegal wars (which the US is losing in both theaters..)
