- Robotic Vehicles in Urban Environment
- This seems like a waste of government money. Los Angeles already has robotic vehicles. Just look at the cars on the freeways that have drivers on cell phones, applying makeup, reading maps and books, watching television, eating meals, having sex, and other activities totally unrelated to controlling a car proves that the vehicle MUST BE CONTROLLING ITSELF, because the person in the front seat behind the wheel is otherwise engaged in activities unrelated to directing automoble functions. DARPA, we beat you to it!!!!!
