I'm confused
You should do some minor exploration of corporate donation patterns. Large corporations tend to donate nearly equally to both parties so they come out on top no matter who's in office. So they hold the reins of the Democratic party just as much as they do the Republicans.

If we're going on about abusing legleslation lets start up a conversation about the abuse of Medicare, Social Security, ADA, or any other social welfare program. As far as the Patroit Act goes, I challenge you to go beyond your party's action line and actually *find and cite* a number of cases where the Patroit Act has been abused. And correct me if I'm wrong but the DMCA has Bill Clinton's signature on it, it passed 100-0 in the Senate and by nearly a unanimous vote in the house.

Really what I don't like about the neutrality admendment is that is gives the FCC exclusive control and final say over what goes on the internet and what doesn't. I'd rather have the market vote with their pocketbooks, than however many peopel make up that commission do it.
