Sorry, I disagree
Dark Age is more friendly no matter how much or little you want to play per week. ANY TIME at any level before 40 in Dark Age, you can jump in IMMEDIATELY (again, NO WOW WAITING in a queue) to play RvR in Battlegrounds (which pits you against players of a similar level). After 40 you can then jump into New Frontiers at any time and immediately play. And the Realms on the RvR servers aren't instanced. That means that even after level 50, Champion Level 10, and Master Level 10, playing is still exciting because you're constantly at war with 2 other realms for Realm Relics, castles, and towers.
So, let's say you only play 3-4 hours per week and aren't in a guild. You would easily be able to get to level 50 in about 1 month. (Guilds can help you do this in half the time or less.) Then let's say you can only play 30 minutes a week. You can jump into New Frontiers (RvR), join a group and go on a few runs. If you just like PvE, then you can work on your Master Level and Champion Level quests, or you can just join the PvE servers, where you can play with members of other realms.
There's always something to do, whether you have 10 minutes or 10 hours. Oh yeah, and I did I mention no waiting in queue and the servers haven't been unavailable yet...
