How? Every McDonalds in North America offers free wireless access. All most all rest stops on the interstate offer it. Coffee shops offer it. Drive on to any collage campus and it's there. Heck, drive around your town with a lappie and a WiFi card and you will find hundreds of open wireless connections. There are even web sites that have maps for them.

Exactlly how are you going to catch anyone???

No, I can say this is even a start at doing anything and it sure isn't worth even more intrusion in our lives and freedoms by big brother.
