Child Molester = go to jail for life.


File swapping has a low enough penalty people have and will continue to do it the "open".

Child molesters however have EVERY reason to do as I suggest (hiding their identity and where they go on the web) and make this law useless for anything but spying on citizens for no reason.

Think of it whis way, you and I might jaywalk with a cop standing close by, but we aren't about to pull pout a gun and start shooting in the air. Why? Because the penalties are vastly different.
