No more so than any other spying
They can get a warrant to tap you phone and keep records of the calls you get and make too. What's wrong with the same warrant on ISP logs? You first have to be doing something that provides reasonable grounds for the warrant in the first place.

This just saying that logs must be kept for X amount of time. The only complaint I can see with this is the consumer is going to eat the cost of log storage if they ask for something as ridiculous as 3 years or retention.
