- All bad news for Intel

Warning of a slowdown, 3% decline in yearly revenue, lower gross margins, $500 million cut in R&D (perhaps the worst news of all), the cursory review of operations for cost cutting, "premature to discuss layoffs" -- YIKES!
My earlier suggestion holds for Intel; just keeping chanting, "It's not AMD. It's not AMD." Eventually, you might believe it.
