No, they'll install sensors in the bathroom
When you go to the bathroom, the commercial will pause. Then when you come back, you'll have to finish the commercial. They'll also install eyeball sensors so if you're not watching, they'll make you watch it again. And of course, there will be a Mic on the cable receiver which will check if you're talking during the commercial. No talking will be permitted, because then they'll make you watch the commercial again.

Disclaimer: Damage on the cable receiver due to baseball bats or accidental drop kicks will not be covered by warrantee.
