Desktop Linux is DEAD. Lives only in Tivo's
Whereas Gates is using his money to seed investment in good causes, the Linux guys are investing their time pushing a rope to be relavent in desktop Linux.

Me thinks that after 8 years of rope pushing against the Windows jugernaut and now Apple OSX, it's time for you to claim victory with the 11 geeks that do use desktop linux and move on. Linux has a great future in things like refrigerators and door bells that are internet connected.
