Back-up Employees?
If the 'Big Quake' is as disatrous as experts predict, San Fran businesses are going to need a helluva lot more than redundant computer networks to stay afloat. Regardless of how safe your data is, if half of your employees are dead and injured, your business is done for. It would probably be wise for corporations to educate employees in disaster-likely areas on proper survival techniques (even if they do it for the wrong reasons). That, or they could have backup cloned employees waiting in the wings. Either way.
