WOW! You feel pretty damn strongly on this don't you? And I couldn't agree with you more. Don't worry so much about the businesses themselves but about the loss of life that can and will occur if a disaster, such as the quake of 1906, should strike. Make sure that people are both prepapred and that you have ample emergency response staff and procedures in place. If we learned ANYTHING from Hurricane Katrina it should be that we are extremely ill prepared for any disaster.
