WF computer theft
I applaud the judge's ruling. Although I have never been particularly fond of Wells Fargo, one has to wonder where to draw the line on spurious litigation. Assuming WF used proper diligence in selecting a contractor, and apparently employed adequate encryption, offered an opportunity for affected individuals to monitor their credit, what more can be expected? The fact that no one's credit was exploited bears testament to the fact that they did take adequate precautions.
