Well, you see, that'd be a restriction which would eventually trickle down to me.

"If the FCC weren't responsible for monitoring such things (whether or not you agree with how well it monitors), who would be?"

Well, there's another problem. We expect that the federal government is there to safeguard and protect us, yet the federal government appears to not even care about Joe Citizen anymore. The only thing the federal government will stick its head in on is things which will affect business overall. If this "neutrality" bill didn't step on the toes of any businesses and only on consumers, the government would be all too happy to sell us out..again..
