Just to clarify
"I want the least restricted internet possible,..."

Even if it means AT&T can charge some ISPs more than others? After all, this is about possible restrictions on Internet access or "unfair" advantages, not on "controlling" what you as an end-user see. If this bill never "made it to the table", then there would theoretically be no restrictions on what AT&T or someone else could do to interfere with competitors' access to the Internet. If the FCC weren't responsible for monitoring such things (whether or not you agree with how well it monitors), who would be?
