Normal trend. (NOT!!)
Not as far as humanity is concerned.
And not since the ice-caps where last formed.
Yes, there were many periods in the past where the earth was ICE free. Of course there where no humans around to talk about it.
Humanity depends on fairly stable environment, there was at least one point where all of human kind was nearly wiped off the surface the earth. (74K years ago, all but ~5,000 people wiped out). It doesn't take much of a disruption to collapse civilization as we know it.
Global warming will do it's best to wipe out another significant percentage of Humanity. Now the only question remains. Do you have the moral's to try and prevent it? Or will you try exploit it and place your name on the short list of Humanities greatest mass murderers?
The choice is yours !!
Oh, one last tidbit. The photosynthesis chemical reaction ceases activity at around 104F. - Posted by: thetruth_z Posted on: 04/04/06 You are currently: a Guest | Members login | Terms of Use
