At least you may get an idea why the United States Department of Defense (DoD) is the most involved in the RFID-development organization.

I guess you believe they just want to help Wal-Mart to make money. If so - tell me since when DoD is helping US businesses?

With US military help US economy is ?growing? faster and faster (except war-oriented businesses: military, oil, pharmaceutical, etc. companies where Bill Gates is involved).
