Many said this about the internet, too, didn't they? Privacy is an important issue, but it's *already* being dealt with, and effectively.

RFID technology has been in great use without breech of privacy - if you have a speed pass, for example, that's one form; security systems in retail is another example. No complaints of privacy there. The benefits are palpable, as well - ever been thrilled to slice right through the toll traffic with SpeedPass? And the cost of goods are lowered as a result of better security. There are many others, but true, benefits to consumers.
