I agree AND disagree
with these comments. I TOTALY agree that scammers need to pay for their infringement on copyrighted material such as logos or names (ect). However i Disagree that HONEST websites such as Google or Yahoo (ect) should be put under the gun for it. There should be a simple way for them to state that they are not liable for any false information that these pirates are doing. Although the web IS a million dollar buisness there should still be SOME people that belives in helping others and I feel that is what these search engines really do ... shorten our work of finding what we are looking for. In this nation there are to many laws that govenern the laws on the books already ! I hope Google finds a way to stay neautral or at least out of the line of fire.
