Funny, Google already blocks ad keywords
I know, because I have a prescription site, and Google would not let me use certain drug trademarks unless I removed references to cross-border shipment. Wanna guess which big pharmaceutical houses are involved?

Google's policies are driven by greed. Which is not itself bad, until they start to interfere with freedoms and rights -- e.g., they'll help China censor search results since that opens a huge, although oppresive, market. Hey, their principles are avilable to the highest bidder. . .
