Google keyword infringement case to proceed

Same on eBay: I see this crap all over eBay searches using a "Not" clause e.g. A search for "Brand X" will come back with returns with "Brand A(not Brand X, Brand Y, Brand Z)."

Where the "Not" clause is intended to tell you it is 'NOT BRAND A' it never-the-less returns the search with pointers to other products/vendors.

My recourse is to ignore this vendor or company ad and move on to a vendor with somewhat better moral standards.
