'World of Warcraft' patch downs servers for hours

I have to agree they are full of it

Many of the problems seem to be related to scalability. Back when Blizzard provided 2d/overhead 3d style games and charged a 1 time fee we were grateful for the hosting service they provided with Battlenet and could understand the occasional lag and terrible availability of patches. Now that we pay 50$ for a game then pay 15$ every month we expect service. I am sorry Blizzard but when you obtain money from us your consumers we expect the same scalability we see with other services we purchase.
