It's just an old monopoly
C'mon, it's not so bad that a humongous company came down on some guy with hobby. Why bother about a bunch of lawyers using DMCA (of all things ... who would have expected that?) to lay down the proposition that all those how-to books on Word, or Acrobat, CAD programs, or databases, etc., are illegal and just waiting to be sued? I guess we should all write to our congressmen and thank them for voting for DMCA - it's just hard to find the right words to suit their intelligence.
