Maybe if companies gave a RIP about their employees
Then people wouldn't be looking for a job during work time...give them the pay they deserve, decent benefits, don't have megalomaniacal supervisors who think they are God and don't give consideration to their fellow employees, give proper compensation, and you might have people that actually stay long term instead of a revolving door.

Gee, that sounds just like my company..I love it here, we have twice a year bonuses (corporate and xmas), a retirement pension in addition to 401k, 18 days of vacation after the first year, awesome training, company picnics and carnivals, we focus on the people and the people give us the output with little to no effort and it's great.

Maybe that's why we've been top 30 places to work in Fortune for 3 years in a row! happy

Give some consideration to your employees instead of treating them like slaves and maybe you'd see less of this.
