Well, naturally...
$300 million simply isn't an impressive enough number for graft. Heck, a mere billion is barely impressive these days, not with that hole they dug in Boston. Or those juicy Haliburton contracts (despite the prissy, occasional slaps on the wrists they have to *sob* endure for all those billions).

The Big Dig plain rewrote the standards that all pork and graft is measured by. Stupid federales.
