If You Don't Attack, You Don't "Win"
You're not being passed over because of genital structure. You're being passed over because you're not KILLING the technically inferior men you're stuck reporting to.

There are only two ways to "move up" in the business world.

One way is through the charity of a benevolent leader. This is when your boss sees good work and gives you a promotion. This will *never* get you to the highest levels of business management, because benevolent leaders can't promote you beyond their own level.

The other way is to destroy the "competition" for any given prized position.

It's the second path that the highest-level males in the males in the industry (and in fact, in ANY industry), have followed. No one who says, "I'm being passed over for promotion," is following this second path.

Learn how to play that way or learn to be content in your existing role. This is non-gender biased advice. There are plenty of men who've said the same things, and they've been just as confused about how advancement in business works. You don't get a trophy for playing a better game. You get a trophy for beating the competition.
